Simple Callback is a lightweight PrestaShop module that adds a floating "Request a call back" button to your storefront. When clicked, it opens a modern modal form to collect the customer's name and phone number.
Where do the requests go? 1. Email Notifications: An instant email is sent to the shop administrator with the customer's details. 2. Admin Panel: A complete archive of requests is available in the PrestaShop back-office ("Customers -> Callbacks" section), allowing you to track and manage call statuses.
