1. Ammonia was released from a sample of 0.7124 g of ammonium chloride when boiled with a concentrated alkali solution and absorbed by 50 ml of a 0.5120 N sulfuric acid solution. The resulting solution was transferred to a measuring flask and diluted to 250 ml; 25 ml of this solution was titrated with 25.7 ml of a 0.05 N sodium hydroxide solution. Calculate the percentage content of ammonium chloride.
