Product Description
1. For a first-order reversible reaction Аk1↔k2B, the ratio of the rate constants of the forward K1 and reverse K2 reactions are respectively equal to: at 300 K k1/k2=1.5 and at 500 K1/K2=0.1. Is it possible for the process to proceed spontaneously at these temperatures and standard conditions? Calculate the thermal effect of the reaction based on these data. Show on one graph (schematically) the kinetic curves of the starting material and the reaction product at these temperatures.
