The four of us and my minor son (6 years old) are registered in the apartment. My brother wants to sell his share to us. Since my parents are pensioners, I will have to buy it out. Do I have any benefits when buying out his share if I have the status (according to the documents) of a single mother, since the cost of the share is quite high for my financial capabilities.
