Product Description
To determine the total dynamic capacity (TDC) of the cation exchanger, 350.0 ml of 0.05 N CaCl2 solution were passed through a column with 5 g of the cation exchanger in the H+ form. When determining Ca(2+) in the eluate in 50.00 ml portions, the following concentration values were obtained: 0.0030; 0.0080; 0.0150; 0.0250; 0.0400; 0.0500 and 0.0500 mol eq/l. Determine the TDC of the cation exchanger for calcium.
