Resetting the diaper counter on an Epson inkjet printer.
To reset the diaper counter using the Adjustment program for Epson utility:
Download the program from any of the many websites on the Internet.
After launching the utility, pay attention to the inscription "Model" at the top of the window. The model of your printer should be indicated there. If it is not there, click the "Select" button. Select the printer model in the "Model Name" drop-down menu, then click "OK"
Next, click the "Particular adjustment mode" button, which is located on the right side of the window.
A new window will open. Scroll through the list of program functions using the slider and find the "Consumables maintenance counter" or "Waste Ink Pad Counter" element (the function name depends on the program version). Double-click on the function name with the mouse.
In the new window, check the boxes next to the "Main pad counter" and "Platen pad counter" elements.
Click the "Check" button, the program will determine the sensor readings.
If no errors occur, click the "Initialization" button, then "OK" in the dialog box. The diaper counter will be reset after turning the printer off and on again, and the program will display a message on the screen.
