Topic - Legality of demolishing burials (cemeteries)
Facts of the case:
Not far from our village (Iskra village, Vladimir region) there is a small cemetery where our grandmother is buried (the territory between the former villages of Tatarinovo and Tolmachevo, Aleksandrovsky district). Currently, there are plans to build either a landfill, a factory, or just a landfill on that territory (there are no official data yet). A request to local authorities yielded a disappointing result: “The documents /,,/ lack information about the location of the cemetery in the former village of Tatarinovo.” In addition, local authorities report that it is currently “not possible to locate a landfill in the location you specified.” First of all, I am concerned about the fate of the burials (the last burial is not 50 years old): is it possible to somehow prove the presence of a cemetery (burials) by including it in official documents (after all, with the current response from local authorities, it turns out that during the construction of any object the presence of a cemetery will not be taken into account and in the worst case it will simply be destroyed)? And how can you find out what kind of construction is planned (underway) in a given territory (after all, the quality of life of nearby villages will suffer first of all)?
