Firm A: has insufficient potential and acts in an unpromising market.
Company B: has significant potential, but also performs
in an unpromising market.
Company C: has a strong potential and performs
in an emerging, promising market.
Firm D: has weak potential, but performs
in an emerging, promising market.
Based on the above facts, using a BGC-type strategic matrix, show the position of the company in the market, evaluate
their risk and recommend to each firm an appropriate strategy for the firm's behavior in the market.
