Product Description
162. A weighed portion of a sample containing chloride and potassium nitrate, weighing 2.4976 g, was dissolved in a volumetric flask with a capacity of 200.0 ml. To 15.00 ml of the resulting solution was added 25.00 ml of silver nitrate solution with a titer of 0.01925 g/ml. After separating the precipitate, the filtrate was titrated with 14.54 ml of potassium thiocyanate solution, C(KSCN) = 0.1000 mol/l. Calculate the mass fraction of chloride ions in the sample.
