Description of heater PSV 500 3-23:
Heaters of network water PSV 500 3-23 are used in heat supply systems, in heating production and heating boiler houses. They are designed for heating network water with steam from turbine extractions, and in boiler rooms - with steam from low-pressure boilers.
The PSV heater has a vertical type design. It includes: body, pipe system, upper and lower (floating) water chambers.
The body of the heater consists of a cylindrical shell, an elliptical bottom and a flange for connection to the pipe system.
The pipe system consists of upper and lower tube sheets, frame pipes, straight heat exchange pipes, the ends of which are flared in tube sheets.
The frame of the pipe system is formed by frame pipes, transverse segmental partitions that direct the steam flow and serve as intermediate supports for heat exchange pipes, and a steam deflector.
It is carried out in 2-way execution.

- Water pressure in the pipe system: 2.26 MPa;
