Product Description
8. When determining ethanol by gas-liquid chromatography, propanol was used as an internal standard. Calculate the content of ethanol in vodka according to the analysis:
a) during calibration, the mass of ethanol is 0.052 g, the peak area of ethanol is 5.36 cm3, the mass of propanol is 0.068 g, the peak area of propanol is 8.41 cm2.
b) when analyzing vodka: ethanol peak area 6.48 cm2, vodka mass 0.2101 g, propanol mass 0.049 g, propanol peak area 6.06 cm2.
