Product Description
3. When controlling the quality of the dosage form - tablets of gliboral (glibenclamide), which must contain a declared dose of 5 mg of a pharmacologically active substance, the tablets were analyzed for dosing uniformity (i.e., for the content of the pharmacologically active substance separately in each tablet). In five parallel analyzes, the mass m of gliboral was found, mg: 4.96: 4.97; 5.00; 5.02; 5.04. Calculate the confidence interval m±Δm and the relative error of the average result of determining the mass of the pharmacologically active substance — glyboral — at a confidence level Р - 0.95. Answer: m±Δm = 5.00 ± 0.04 mg, ε = 0.8%.
