Product Description
4. During microelectrophoresis of silicon hydroxide sol in aqueous solutions of cadmium nitrate, the following results were experimentally obtained:
salt concentration, mmol/l 0 1 3.6 15
Electrophoretic mobility, mm2/(min*V) 1.5 1.14 0.66 0.39
Construct the dependence of the electrokinetic potential of the dispersed phase on the concentration of cadmium nitrate. Explain the resulting relationship. The particles moved towards the anode, the experiment was carried out at 293 K. For more information, see the handbook.
