Product Description
Working draft of CNG station. Sections TX and ATX.
A block CNG filling station MKZ 50-U1 with a capacity of up to 4500 Nm3/day was designed; Рin = 6.5-7.4 MPa; Pout = 19.6 MPa, manufactured by OJSC "Penzkompressormash".
TX section - necessary pipelines, compressor filling module MKZ-50-U1, filling post (complete with MKZ), drainage tank (portable Ratm).
The ATX section - control over technological parameters and control of the filling station is provided in the control, protection and signaling unit (BUZS), which comes complete with the compressor filling module MZK-50U1, located in the container.
The project in terms of ATH provides for:
- control of methane leakage by the SUM-001 device installed under the canopy of the gas dispenser;
- transmission of a gas contamination warning signal to the BUZS;
- giving the command "Emergency stop" from the control post KU-92, installed under the canopy of the gas dispenser;
- laying of monitoring and control cables between the components of the MZK-50U1;
- remote control of the crane at the CNG filling station inlet from the common operator room of the fuel dispensing point.
Format - DWG compatible with AutoCAD 2004-2017, Compass, ZWCAD, nanoCAD, BricsCAD, etc.
