Clamp hydraulic MCh00.06.00.00 3d solidworks
The hydraulic clamp is designed to secure the workpieces on the machines.
The clamp is powered by a hydraulic cylinder, which is attached to the clamp body pos. 1 with two half rings pos. 6, included in the outer grooves of the part pos. 5, half rings are fastened with screws pos. 9. The clamp is fixed with two dowels included in the lower groove of the body pos. 1 and the groove of the machine, and is fastened with four groove bolts.
Hydraulic cylinder of a clip of double-acting. Piston under the pressure of fluid flowing through the threaded hole of the part pos. 5, moves together with the cam pos. 7 to the right, displacing the parts pos. 3 liquid from the right cavity of the hydraulic cylinder. This ensures the clamping of the part. Under the pressure of the liquid entering through the upper opening of the part pos. 3, the piston moves to the left, displacing the liquid from the left Cavity of the cylinder through the upper hole of the part pos. 2. Cam pos. 7 moves and the workpiece is released.
