Clamp hydraulic MCh00.04.00.00 3d solidworks
The single acting hydraulic clamp is designed to clamp the workpiece.
The clamp is installed in the transverse groove of the machine table using the lower protrusion of the plate pos. 3 and fixed with four bolts pos. 12. The clamp is installed in one of three fixed positions (the upper protrusion in the plate, pos. 8, respectively, enters one of the three grooves in the body, pos. 4) perpendicular to the machine grooves, which ensures its immobility with a large clamping force.
In the body of pos. 4 there is a clamp pos. 1, connected to the screw pos. 2 and piston pos. 11 hydraulic cylinders. To the threaded hole of the cover pos. 7 connect the flexible hose of the system. Under oil pressure, the piston moves to the left, acting on the clamp pos. 1, which fixes the workpiece. The clamp is returned to its original position by the spring pos. 14. O-rings pos. 17,18, 19 ensure the tightness of the hydraulic cylinder.
