TOPIC OF WORK: FINANCIAL RESOURCES OF THE ORGANIZATION: FEATURES OF PLANNING AND MANAGEMENT
The purpose of the research of final qualification work is to analyze and evaluate the financial resources of the organization.
To achieve this goal it is necessary to solve the following tasks:
 disclose the concepts of financial resources of the enterprise and their structure;
 consider the sources of formation of financial resources of the enterprise;
 consider and evaluate the financial resources of the enterprise;
 to consider the organizational and economic characteristics of JSC “…….”;
 to analyze the planning and management of financial resources of JSC "";
 suggest ways to improve the planning of financial resources of JSC “……”.
The object of study of the final qualification work is JSC "........".
The subject of the final qualification study is theoretical and methodological and practical aspects of the formation and use of financial resources of a commercial organization.
The information base for the study was regulatory acts, economic literature, periodicals, and organization data.
The theoretical basis of the study is the work of domestic authors, which are devoted to the problems of formation and use of financial resources of organizations. In particular V.I. Barilenko, N.A. Kulagina, L.T. Gilyarovskaya, D.V. Lysenko, D.A. Endovitsky, V.V. Korshunov, M.S. Mokiy, S.M. Pyastolov, S.S. Skobkin, G.V. Savitskaya, N.N. Selezneva, A.F. Ionova, L.A. Chaldaev and many others.
Methodological basis: analysis of scientific literature, regulatory legal acts, comparison method, generalization method.
Practical relevance: the application of recommendations developed according to the results of the study will ensure JSC “... ..” increasing the efficiency of use and the formation of financial resources of the enterprise.
