This manual is intended for English-speaking citizens traveling in the territory of the Russian Federation by car. This manual is an adapted translation of the SDA of the Russian Federation into English. Traffic regulations of the Russian Federation are written in a language difficult to understand. In this manual, the author tried, without distorting the essence, to state the Rules in simpler and more accessible words. This manual conveys the essence of the Rules in a normal, "human" language, with a large number of illustrations.
