In the "Jimmy's Vendetta" add-on, you will be given the opportunity to act on behalf of Jimmy and help him clean up the affairs in Empire Bay. Along with 34 new missions and a leaderboard, ten new achievements and trophies have been added to Jimmy's Vendetta.

The story continues after "The Betrayal of Jimmy" when Jimmy received 15 years for carrying drugs in his trunk. The “bosom” friends are to blame for this - Sal “Big” Gravina (don of the Gravina family) and Tam “Lucky” Brody (leader of the Irish gang). Now it's Jimmy's time, because he always gets things done!
