Don't Starve Together is an independent addition to the indie project of Don't Starve, offering a joint survival in a gloomy and not entirely friendly to the players world.
You can join your efforts either with a friend or by choosing an occasional companion in the network. The gameplay does not impose joint actions - you can both work together and do your business on a common map.
